CareersForward is actively seeking an experienced Crew Resources Manager - Payroll & Benefits for immediate consideration to place within a regionally recognized QSR fast upscale brand in the Lincoln Nebraska market. This is a newly created position.
Base compensation for this position will be up to $70k based on skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will have progressive responsibilities in human resources within food & beverage, hospitality and/or retail work environments. We are seeking the person who can immediately add value to the organizations by supporting goals and objectives.

The Crew Resources Manager (Payroll & Benefits) is responsible for the development, implementation, communication and administration of payroll, benefits & compensation. He/or she will coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution by a third party administrator. Manage all aspects of the administration and communication of the company's health and welfare benefit plans. Must maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding human resources, payroll & benefits.
